Disneyland 2014

Disneyland 2014
We left after Mileys field trip on
Wednesday, December 3.
And we came back Sunday, December 7.

Mileys class went on a field trip to a play. A play of a
Junie B Jones book! No pictures allowed.
It was pretty far away. And of course, they did not have
directions. They were just winging it. So three busses
of kids went 20 minutes right past the theater. Seriously??
But the play was fabulous. The kids loved it!!

As soon as we got back, we picked up Grandpa and then we
were off to Disneyland. Its about 5 1/2 to 6 hour drive. But
she did great of course. This isn't her first time.
We did not set any alarms for the morning. When we got up
on our own, everyone had cereal and got dressed. Then we
were off. Miley and I both had crowns. But since we could
not both be queen, she is to be the ''double queen''. And I
am just the regular queen. No problem. I can live with that.

This year, Miley has been excited about Small World. Toon Town.
Dumbo, of course.

The weather has been terrific. Miley is such a great traveler.
She is patient. She will ask to see or do something. Or
ask for a snack or treat or toy. But she never whines or
complains. She is lovely to go along with.

We got to have a character breakfast.
Meeting Minnie.
Peter Pan
Rafiki from Lion King
Winnie the Pooh
Max, Goofys son
Tinkerbell

Dale

Gideon from Pinocchio
While we were waiting for Gideon to make his way to
our table, we were trying to figure out what movie he
was from. I thought it was Pinocchio. But wasn't positive.
I asked him to write his name and what movie he was
from in Mileys autograph book. He did.
Funniest thing is, another lady came to me and whispered,
"Do you know what movie he is from?" LOL

Captain Hook

Chip

Eeyore

Snow White
The princesses have been a
disappointment at Disneyland in
the past. But this year, they were
so much better.

Cinderella
This years Cindy was so much better
than in the past. Still not as good as at
Disney World. But she really was lovely.

Ariel
So sweet. She twirled with Miley and
gave her a high 5!

This year, our Disney pass takes us Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
Saturday will be the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. While I was
rather disappointed in BBB this year. Miley was very happy.
She did love being the princess with
two ladies working on her at once.

This year, Miley decided to be Elsa from Frozen.
The dress was wonderful and she was ever so happy
with the whole ensemble.

The godmother was very nice. She did not,
however, call out to make way for the
Princess Miley. Miley sure did like it when the
godmother did that before.

While we were waiting in line at Pixie Hollow,
Miley made friends with a little girl. They
share the same birthday. Even the same year.

Over all, it was a wonderful trip.
We always enjoy our time with Miley.
But at Disneyland, it's so special.

Such incredible memories.

On the way home, we stopped at the George Patton Museum.
We had a lovely picnic. Miley loved it. Making her own sandwich.

We took just a few minutes to look around.

Its been a fantastic trip.
We are so blessed to be able to have
these times with her.
And we are thankful that her parents let us take her.
